Their substantial one million pound investment in a brand new 6kW Bystronic 4020 Fiber Laser machine & two Bystronic CNC Xpert Pressbrakes will offer customers unrivalled cutting speeds & folding capabilities that are certain to outshine those of their competitors.
Steve Morgan, Director of Accurate Laser Cutting said:

“The Fiber Laser machinery comes equipped with an innovative power cut feature to offer previously unforeseen thicknesses of up to 30mm for aluminium, 12mm for copper &15mm for brass. It can also accurately cut stainless & mild steel materials up to 25mm thick.”
Meanwhile, the installation of two high end Bystronic CNC Xpert Pressbrakes will apply forces of 320 tonnes and up to 4 metres in length to produce precisely folded components and offer the highest levels of repetition accuracy on the market.
These latest ground-breaking investments will provide the laser cutting specialists, who are based in Oldbury, West Midlands, with the infrastructure to become a one-stop-facility for a wide range of metal cutting, folding & bending requirements, giving their customers the benefit of single sourcing their components and potentially offering them huge savings on time and money.
